Women's Wisdom Workshop with Elizabeth Stein $10 General Admission

Explore these questions and more as we discuss the ins and outs of the female system. Attendees will gain a greater awe and wonder of their own bodies as well as a few tools they can apply right away to safeguard and preserve their own sacred space.
Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapist Elizabeth Stein has a particular passion for helping others in their healing journey, especially with managing pelvic floor and womb space issues. She has reversed and healed herself from almost every kind of "women's problems" from painful periods, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a retroverted uterus and trauma, and now helps women do the same, or at the very least make friends with their bodies.
