SOLD OUT! Summer Solstice Sound Bath

With the long days of summer, it can be easy to get wrapped up in do-ing - and no matter how many items we accomplish, it seems as though there is always more to be done. 

In celebration of the Summer Solstice, you are invited to put down the To Do list, find stillness, and allow yourself to be carried along on a 75 minute sound journey.

Rising, the owner of Guided Heart Wellness, will utilize gongs, ceramic singing bowls, Koshi chimes, a waterfall disk, and more to create an intentional soundscape for rest, relaxation, and healing for your highest good.

Rising attended her first sound bath in 2015 and fell in love immediately. She is now honored to be offering sound baths to her community through events, private bookings, and as add-ons for her yoga and bodywork clients. Please check out her bio at The Well of Roswell under Practitioners.
