This has been an especially intense period; something is happening in the universe. Perhaps you’ve been feeling like you’re being pushed to the edge emotionally. Or maybe you’ve been feeling like your attempts to create the life you want are proving futile, as you find yourself in the very situations you were desperate to avoid.
What is happening in the world right now is that every human is being forced to face the very thing they have spent their life running from. Our lives become a mess because of the beliefs we form, behaviors we enact, and actions we take to escape whatever it is that we are desperate to circumvent. It is the thing we are most afraid of and will do anything to evade.
Universally, time has run out for humanity to change patterns on our own timetable. We can no longer keep running. No one will be exempt from directly experiencing the situation you are so desperate to avert. Here are some easy steps to begin:
1. Acknowledge Your Fears: Start by identifying what specifically scares you. This could be fear of failure, rejection, or the unknown. Writing them down can help you understand their impact.
2. Shift Your Mindset: Focus on viewing fear as an opportunity for personal growth rather than a barrier. Embrace the discomfort, as it often leads to valuable experiences and insights.
3. Take Gradual Steps: Break down your fears into manageable steps. Instead of tackling a fear all at once, start with smaller challenges that gradually build your confidence.
4. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself throughout the process. Fear is a common human experience, and acknowledging that it’s okay to feel this way can help you move forward.
5. Visualize Success: Imagine yourself overcoming your fears and achieving your goals. Visualization can reinforce positive outcomes and motivate you to take action.
6. Seek Support: Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or professionals for support. Sharing your fears can lighten the emotional load and provide encouragement.
7. Celebrate Progress: Recognize and celebrate each step you take, no matter how small. Acknowledging your progress reinforces your ability to face challenges.
By facing your fears and choosing to act anyway, you can cultivate resilience, boost your confidence, and open up new opportunities in your life. Remember, bravery is not the absence of fear but the decision to move forward despite it.
The solution to what is happening right now is simple- Face the Fear. Figure out what you are trying desperately to avoid and stop. Ironically, the thing you want the most will only be actualized as a result of doing it. Often, the fear of the fear is far greater than the actual action.
Unfortunately, we no longer have a choice.
