Are you palgued with painful periods?

Is intercourse uncomfortable?

Do your insides feel like they are falling out?

Explore these questions and more as we discuss the ins and outs of female plumbing. Attendees will gain a greater awe and wonder of their own bodies as well as a few tools they can apply right away to safeguard and preserve their own sacred space.

Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapist Elizabeth Stein has a particular passion for helping others in their healing journey, especially with managing pelvic floor and womb space issues. She has reversed and healed herself from almost every kind of "women's problems"from painful periods, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome PCOS, a retroverted uterus and trauma, and now helps women do the same, or at the very least make friends with their bodies.

In this workshop you will learn the importance of paying attention to your pelvic floor and womb and what they might be trying to tell you. Believe it or not-no matter what's going on in your body or how uncomfortable you are, the body is always doing its best to help. Sometimes we all need help deciphering the messages or get comfortable listening to this foundational personal space.

Bring a friend for free and take a dive into basic anatomy and physiology. You'll have a chance to ask burning questions and explore topics you may have been too embarrassed to discuss before. The workshop is to honor women, those who identify as women or those who have female anatomy but may not identify as female yet still have feminine issues. Males in a female caretaking role and genuinely respectful and caring of women may also attend.

Disclaimer: For the safety and comfort of all, those attending will be asked to commit to honoring and respecting the privacy of every participant and not share outside this workshop personal stories or information.

Elizabeth Stein of Belly and Body Care has been working with women's concerns through her own studies and certifications: Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy, Women's Holistic Pelvic Care with Tami Lynn Kent, The Gentling Way-women's health focused care of belly and pelvic space, Doula Certification through Matrona, EmbodyBirth Training and WhiteWinds Energy Medicine graduate. Elizabeth practices at The Well of Roswell www.BellyAndBodyCare.com
