The Yoga of Dreams

Light yoga, breathwork and a tranquil liminal space experience highlight this three-hour course.   

Learn how to develop night time practices and use the calming meditative liminal space between waking and sleep to access the deep subconscious mind to cultivate:

• stress management, 
• mental clarity,  
• problem solving, and 
• the vast internal knowledge within the soul self.

Wind Horsley is an Intuitive Dream Guide and Dream Work Coach. She innately speaks the language of dreams and helps guide messages into the conscious awareness for inner growth toward wholeness and healing.  Wind has a background in energy work having received her reiki masters in 2003, yoga teacher training in 2004 and qigong Instructor training in 2021.
