Join us for The Liberation Lounge where women explore practices that liberate them into their Divine Feminine power and replenish their nervous system through Intentional Breathwork, Laughter Medicine, Restorative Yoga, Dance, Somatic Movement, Gratitude & more. Raise your vibration through appreciation and liberation! 

This is a once a month event, held the third Saturday from 12:00-2:00 pm. A wonderful opportunity to bond with other women and liberate yourself!
