As the earth begins to awaken, we’ll gather for a restorative sound bath and symbolic Seed Ritual to honor the return of light, growth, and renewal. This immersive experience blends crystal and bronze singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong, and grounding breathwork to help you release winter heaviness and open to new beginnings.

You’ll receive a small piece of seed paper to hold during the sound journey, infusing it with your intention for the season ahead. After the session, you’ll plant your seed paper to carry the energy of your intention forward into spring.
