In this somatic dance experience, you’ll discover your unique way of moving—not by performing, but by sensing, feeling, and responding from within.
Think of it as a gentle, intuitive conversation between you and your body, where sensation becomes the language and movement becomes the expression.
Through guided prompts and spacious exploration, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s subtle cues and allow them to unfold naturally into movement. There’s no choreography—only curiosity, presence, and permission.
Somatic Dance is a grounding, joyful, and deeply restorative practice. Together, we’ll explore creative ways to release, express, and integrate emotions through embodied movement.
