The dance of life must not be avoided but rather brought closer to us so we may communicate and touch the parts of us longing to be seen and respected in order to set into motion our freedom and aliveness.   I will help you get there by teaching basic belly dance moves, breathing techniques, and body awareness activities that will support connecting to yourself, feeling sensations when you dance and guiding you when you feel unfocused.
