Sold Out! Dance of Life Series-Reclaiming Your JOY for Being a Woman

When a woman can dance in her fullness, she becomes her own best friend and life becomes more joyful and easy!!  

What we don’t dance with and refuse intimacy with is precisely the dance partner we need in order to illuminate the dark and meet ourself with the love and vitality we so deserve.  

The dance of life must not be avoided but rather brought closer to us so we may communicate and touch the parts of us longing to be seen and respected in order to set into motion our freedom and aliveness.   I will help you get there by teaching basic belly dance moves, breathing techniques, and body awareness activities that will support connecting to yourself, feeling sensations when you dance and guiding you when you feel unfocused. 

 Be part of a small intimate community of woman who want to connect with their bodies vs. having thoughts about their bodies.  

 

 *** No dance experience required. All body shapes and sizes welcome. 

Class is designed for woman only ages 40 and up.  

Large Yoga Stability ball and eye mask are required for each class.

Class is limited to 6 Dancers

You must Pre-register to reserve your space for this 5 part series.  The cost of the 5 class Series is $ 125.
