Moonlit Sound Bath

Spend a blissful evening investing in yourself and harnessing the power of the full moon to let go of anything that no longer serves you.

This soothing candlelit sound bath offers you the chance to switch off the noise of daily distractions and deadlines and achieve a deep state of relaxation, release tension, open blocked energy channels, and allow the brain to enter a meditative state.

During this special sound healing event, experience the magic of the full moon in the glowing, calming light of an intimate space filled with LED candles.

Led Karmin Ruocco a certified yoga instructor and sound healer, the event will begin with grounding and centering breath work and a guided full moon meditation, followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, bamboo Koshi wind chimes, an ocean drum, and a crystal Merkabah. You’ll leave deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and present in the moment.

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring an eye mask or anything else you might like to have to make your experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
