Fall Equinox Sounds with Rising

The autumnal equinox invites us to give gratitude for all we have cultivated and harvested through the year. In honor of the approaching equinox, Rising, the owner of Guided Heart Wellness, is grateful to share another sound bath opportunity with The Well of Roswell community.

 You are invited to join us for 75 minutes of rest while Rising weaves together the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, rain disks, chimes, and more. Please feel free to bring extra pillows, blankets, or any other props to help you feel comfortable for the experience.

Rising, the owner of Guided Heart Wellness, will utilize gongs, ceramic singing bowls, Koshi chimes, a waterfall disk, and more to create an intentional soundscape for rest, relaxation, and healing for your highest good.

Rising attended her first sound bath in 2015 and fell in love immediately. She is now honored to be offering sound baths to her community through events, private bookings, and as add-ons for her yoga and bodywork clients. Please check out her bio at The Well of Roswell under Practitioners.
