Join us for a gentle and intimate Energy Reconnection Circle, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore balance to your nervous system.
This circle blends sound healing with Tibetan and crystal bowls, a guided essential oil ritual, and a soft energetic connection practice.
The experience is not about doing or fixing, but about listening, feeling, and allowing.
Participants will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, supported by sound vibrations and consciously applied essential oils.
Each participant will receive a complimentary essential oil roll-on to support integration and grounding after the circle.
