About The Event
Come experience the benefits of taking time to take care of yourself with an energy healing session.
Sign up for a session to regain energy, get grounded, and give yourself space that allows you to enjoy what brings you joy.
The energy healing session will be led with an open heart and meeting you where you are in the moment. This time is for you, and I am here to listen to you about how you’re feeling and how you’re doing. I am trained in Integrative Energy Medicine (IEM) which is a system of listening toenergy fields and then restoring the distortions and imbalances caused by stress and traumas. Restoring balance enhances the body’s ability to heal itself. The alignment of the energy fields also can bring a change in our mental and emotional states, allowing for a reset and grounding.
