Releasing relationships that no longer bring you joy or meet your needs can be incredibly challenging. 

• How do you create boundaries and communicate your needs in relationships to ensure they serve your best interests? 
• What role does self-love and self-worth play in the process of letting go?   

Sometimes, despite your heart's deepest desires, others may not be ready or able to meet you where you are.  While your mind may convince you to hold on, if the relationship is draining your energy or affecting your health, it might be time to let go.

In this month's Divine Conversation, we delve into the difficulties of releasing relationships.
