Dance of Life with Miera Class 5

A truly unique experience for women only in the exploration of life through the expression of dance! 

The Dance of Life is a way of awakening your  multidimensional journey within conscious movement. Uniting body, mind and spirit, Miera uses belly dance-type movement, sensuous world music, conscious breath, chakra awareness and intention—to align, enliven and embrace your dance.   

You will learn: 

• The art of being open, so that your entire being is alive and full. 

• To be happy with yourself in the here and now. 

• To dance with life in a flowing circular intuitive manner. 

• To invent a new reality by loving it passionately and powerfully into being.   

All levels of coordination, gracefulness and body shapes are welcome. Everyone can all benefit from this dance of LIFE.   Whether you are new to the dance or a graduate, each class & series will layer previous class experiences for deeper insights and transformation, so the dance never ends and you always start right where you are!
