Dance of Life Series of 5 Classes

A fun space for women to honor and become rooted alive in their birthright to be sensual and to celebrate our natural flowing rhythms.

The Dance for Life gets you moving with Grace!

These 5 classes combine belly dance movements, sensuous music, conscious breath and Chakra awareness. You will learn how to move through life effortlessly, healthier, happier and grounded.

Come join us in this dance of energy and allow your Goddess heart and soul to open into the unfoldment of love that you are at your core.

All levels of coordination, gracefulness and body shapes are welcome. 

This 5 class series starts on June 23rd. Cost for the series is $100.   Each class builds on techniques learned in previous classes.
