A truly unique experience for women only in the exploration of life through the expression of dance!

Our female bodies carry a life force energy each step of the way! Lets remember to allow it to flow so playfulness, ease and presence can become our dance in the now.  We will learn to slow down, to connect with our innate energies using belly dance moves & brain hemisphere exercises in order to bring us more alive in our experiences of living with more enjoyment.  

All levels of coordination, gracefulness and body shapes are welcome.  Every woman can benefit from this dance of LIFE. Whether you are new to the dance or a graduate, each class & series will layer previous class experiences for deeper insights and transformation, so the dance never ends and you always start right where you are!
