•  Introductions (10mins) Commit to being engaged, present, attuned.
• Cross Coaching lights the Nuclear Networking fuse with topic. (30mins)

                      Dissect group experiences and wisdom to seek results. Listen for language

                      used, but not heard, to develop mental real estate and reach targets.

                      Shifts and solutions emerge from a focus on how words impact outcomes.

• Facilitator leads Speed Coaching. Rotate being a coach or client. (30mins)

                      Use content from Cross Coaching segment, that stirred ideas, to connect to,

                      and cement, the foundation of your business and life designs and clarify the

                      language and actions needed to construct and complete goals.

                      Client: Share an intention, challenge, idea, or goal you want coaching on.

                      Coach: Listen. Support. Ask questions that prod client to discover solutions.

• Dissect Speed Coaching elements that accelerated outcomes (10mins)

                      Highlight overall dynamics that revealed ideas, or solutions, to take away.
