Color Yin Yoga

Color yin yoga is a multi-sensory experience choreographed by the yoga teacher Manal Soudani. This class incorporates breathwork, yin yoga asanas, chroma light yoga, and sound healing. One of the most powerful aspects of color yin yoga is its ability to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, build strength, and flexibility.

The promotion of the color yin yoga is connected to a sequence of yin yoga asanas that are focused on creating balance between the inward-turning yin energy and the outward- moving yang energy. Yin yoga improves the flow of prana, strengthens the muscles, and activates the tissues by inviting a deeper pose through holding more space and time to rest into the pose.

Chroma light yoga combines color therapy and sound frequencies to create an immersive, multi-sensory mind, body, and spirit experiential journey.

This unique color yin yoga class will help bring awareness to the processing of emotions and their release through movement, it is an invitation to manage the emotional, psychological, and physical symptoms that are brought on by hormonal changes in our bodies, that may be linked to signs of perimenopause and menopause such as mood swings, irritability, anxiety, depression, and body aches.

 Wear comfortable attire, have a happy fed belly 1-2 hours prior to the class, and bring a yoga mat, blocks, and a bolster pillow.

The proposed class is considered a beginner’s level and is physically suitable for all ages and genders. Noninvasive, relaxing & healing!
