Co-Dependency Workshop-5 Week Course Class 5

Codependency is a miserable place to be in any relationship and can quickly make a relationship fall apart. 

Codependency begins in childhood and impacts our attachment style as adults. In this 5 week workshop we will begin by identifying your attachment style and what the childhood traumas are to begin healing them and the triggers that come with them.  

Working through them in an effective and gentle way will take the fear out of relationships and allow you to feel confident and at ease no matter what your significant other is doing or not doing. 

We will be meeting for a total of 5 weeks and each week will heal and clear what comes up as well as exercises to do before the next session .  Each meeting builds off the one prior so this is great to get the momentum going and to get proficient in the tools you need to move forward into healthy relationships.

Price $195 for all 5 weeks. Includes handouts and recording of class each week. Must attend each class, if a class is missed, will have to wait until the series is repeated in order to make up the class.
