About The Event
A slow, floor‑based Yin Yoga practice designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect with your body. Each pose is held for several minutes to release tension in the fascia and create space in the mind. During savasana, gentle sound elements (chimes, soft bronze bowls) support your descent into stillness.
