Breathwork & Sound Bath with Alexa Shackelford

Breathwork is a healing therapy that uses conscious circular breathing to unlock an altered state of consciousness. The accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from themind and body. Conscious circular breathwork increases the circulation of oxygen through thebody, which activates different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for a deeper awareness and stronger self of sense, while releasing unresolved emotions and trauma. 

This session consists of the use of your conscious circular breath, reiki, evocative music and vibrational sound, which will leave you feeling lighter and a deeper sense of clarity. The event will start with an opening meditation, 50 minutes of breathwork and energy work then we will close with a meditation and sound bath to integrate.

Yoga mats and supplies will be provided.
