• Repetitive world music will be the backdrop of a guided and freeform immersive movement journey that will focus on your movements flowing from your center.  
• Retune your body- mind-spirit with easy to follow bellydance moves. 
• This series will support you to surrender to the music and your feminine nature which will activate inner experiences of freedom, joy, grace and balance.  
• Join in on The Dance of Life and radiate your truly authentic rhythm out into the world!

All levels of coordination, gracefulness and body shapes are welcome.  Every woman can benefit from this dance of LIFE. Whether you are new to the dance or a graduate, each class & series will layer previous class experiences for deeper insights and transformation, so the dance never ends and you always start right where you are!

Each dance leads us closer to the person we are truly meant to be.

Large Yoga Stability ball and eye mask are required for each class.

Class is limited to 6 Dancers
