Jamie Anne Harrell is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and aerial photographer residing in Decatur, GA. Her love of landscape photography goes back to her childhood. Her most cherished landscape is one she took on 35mm film of Poas Volcano in Costa Rica in 1990 that still hangs in her home today. Her love of all things high-tech makes drones the perfect platform for capturing beautiful landscapes and cityscapes. Jamie works at Emory University's Goizueta Business School where she was the first openly transgender graduate of Emory's MBA program in 2016. She is a keynote speaker on diversity, equity and inclusion, and also speaks on technical topics including higher education data analytics strategy.

In 2018 Jamie received the prestigious Atlanta Business Chronicle Inaugural Diversity and Inclusion award for Outstanding Voice, and in 2019 she was named Transgender Advocate of the Year at Emory University. As a community organizer, she also volunteers to run the Atlanta Trans Social Group, serves on the national board of Reaching Out MBA, serves on the advisory board of the Out Georgia Business Alliance's TGX360 Initiative, and is also a member of the Atlanta Mayor's LGBTQ advisory board. In addition to being an avid photographer, she is a self-produced musician with her debut instrumental album “Memories of Home” released on December 21, 2020 which is available on YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming media services.
