Intentional Creativity Art Class with artist Karen Thompson. Â Create your own art as a living example of your inner being. Â Learn how to heal yourself by being guided by your brush and your muse! Â Learn art that can be a part of your daily spiritual practice.No previous experience needed.
Bring a sack lunch. Â Water and tea provided. Â Enjoy a break with Jody to relax, release and restore with supported yoga for inner ease.
